Anilkumar Shrikrishna Saboo, aged 71 years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since September 01, 2025. He has cleared MBA examination in year 1976, from University of Bihar, Muzaffarpur. He has more than 48 years of experience in Administration and Marketing in the textile industry. He is currently providing his expertise guidance for effective administration of our Company.

Mr. Heman Parikh

Independent Director

Heman Parikh, aged 36 years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since September 01, 2025. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds degree of CPA Australia and Bachelor degree of Commerce from Gujarat University. He has more than eight years of experience which consists of Practicing as Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Hetal J Shah

Hetal J Shah, aged 56 years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company and has been associated with us since September 01, 2025. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Gujarat University and has been holding a Certificate of Practice since 2011. He has his Proprietorship firm under the name ‘Hetal J Shah & Co.’ with over 15 years of experience in the Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.
